In line with the Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Yummy Diet commit to the following:
Information gathered from the Customers are the necessary details processing an order, account verification, order modification, and account creation.
The collected information of each customer will be kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with any unauthorized party.
The collected information shall only be used for the sole purpose of the transaction, marketing purposes and data analysis.
Yummy Diet does not keep or store any financial-related information such as but is not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and any other bank details.
Customers have the right to remove their personal information by contacting our Customer Service however, by doing so Customers will no longer be able to transact with Yummy Diet.
All employees, contractors, and agents of Yummy Diet have controlled access to customers' personal information and are subject to strict confidentiality obligations. They are criminally liable if they fail to meet these obligations.
The collected information can only be and will only be modified or changed by the account owner & authorized by the account owner. Changes can only be applied if the customer can verify their Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address.
Photos uploaded for PWD and SC ID will only be stored and screened to ensure the validity of the ID.
When customers use our Services or websites, we and our third-party vendors may utilize automated technologies (including cookie identifiers on our Site) and other collected information to tailor ads or deliver content.
Yummy Diet does not intentionally collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18 since our Products are not intended for them. Please email us at customercare@yummydiet.ibconversations.com if you feel your child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 may examine and request to have their child's Personal Information be deleted.
Order and Payment Policy
All orders must be and will only be processed on our website www.yummydiet.ph. For additional orders, we encourage customers to contact Yummy Diet.
All customers must have an account in order to place an order and transact with Yummy Diet using the website.
Only one promo code can be used upon ordering. No promo code can be used in conjunction with another promo code or PWD and/or Senior discount.
Each promo code has mechanics that should be followed.
Payment options accepted are via Credit Card, Gcash, Online Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, and selected payment centers.
Payment of the total bill must be processed in the payments portal and must be settled within the deadline indicated in the payment instructions to be sent via email.
Any incorrect information logged in the website upon order which may result in non-fulfillment of the transaction, wrong delivery, or additional charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Policy
Yummy Diet does not commit to a specific time of the delivery since the route changes on a daily basis.
Yummy Diet has only 2 (two) delivery time frames. The Day Itself Consumption (Morning Delivery) is from 4 AM to 9AM and The Day Before Consumption (Afternoon Delivery) is from 3 PM to 9PM.
The riders can only stay at the delivery premise for a maximum of 5 minutes. Riders should notify (call and/or leave a message) the client upon arrival.
Meals that are not received within the 5-minute waiting period should be charged and cannot be refunded for non-receipt since the delivery was completed accordingly.
For corporate offices and condominium reception areas, must leave a formal letterauthorizing the receptionist or guard to receive your meals. Any loss, damage, or failure to receive your meal package will not be Yummy Diet's liability.
For a change of address and change of delivery setup, Yummy Diet should be notified, 24-hours prior to the said date.
Cut-off time for re-delivery requests or delivery address changes is 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
If cancellation is caused by company or partner delays, re-delivery or an appropriate solution will be offered.
Customer Service Policy
Customer service is available on weekdays and weekends from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Any message or phone call received after the Customer Service operating hours will be attended to once the operations resume.

Customers requesting a Nutrition Consultation should understand that Our In-House Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian is not a physician and the consultation is solely an assessment of their nutrition status, and the diet recommended is based on the information provided.
After Sales Policy
Clients who request a Nutrition Consultation acknowledge that our In-House Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian is not a physician and that the consultation is solely an assessment of their nutrition status and diet recommendation.
Yummy Diet should not be held liable for any adverse effects caused by customers' failing/refusal to disclose pre-existing health conditions. It is up to the clients whether they follow the suggested diet plan. Therefore, a consultation with a doctor is recommended prior to subscription.
Yummy Diet reserves the right to modify the menus, ingredients, or macronutrients used at our sole and absolute discretion even without prior notice, primarily due to ingredient availability.
That the clients understand that Yummy Diet have fixed diet meal plans with approximate macro and calorie computations.
Yummy Diet can only accommodate certain food restrictions and will not be held liable if the clients failed to include their dietary restrictions upon placing their order, resulting in unmodified meals and medical complications.
Complaints on the product quality must be made within 24 hours from receipt of orders.
Complaints regarding delivery, service, and other follow-ups shall be made within the week that the customer placed the order. Otherwise, it will not be entertained.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Request for cancellation must be made 24 hours before delivery.
Yummy Diet will not process refunds for consumed meals.
The refund process is 5 to 7 business days upon submission of the request and details necessary for the refund.
For refund with orders under promotion, consumed days will be reverted back to the regular rate and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Forfeiture of orders in case of client fault (e.g., wrong address, no response) with no refund or re-delivery policy.
Legal Policy
Yummy Diet has the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time and without notice. Once uploaded at https://www.yummydiet.ph/, revisions become effective. It is the customer's duty to read and understand the Terms of Service on a frequent basis. Continued use of the service following any such revisions, whether the customers have reviewed them, constitutes their consent to be bound by them.
Yummy Diet reserves the right, with or without prior notice to the customers, to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Yummy Diet reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to change the price of the meals and the delivery fee.
Yummy Diet reserves the right to prohibit customers from availing of or proceeding with the transaction if they violate any of the terms and conditions, and appropriate legal action will take if necessary.

The riders can ONLY stay at the delivery premise of the client for a MAXIMUM of 15 minutes. YUMMY DIET will call and/or message the
client upon arrival. For non-contact within the 15-minute waiting period, riders will leave the premises.
Non-receipt of the meals delivered despite the rider's call and message shall be sufficient to charge the client and should not qualify for refund of payment for the day of occurrence.
For corporate offices and condominium reception areas, you must leave a formal letter authorizing the receptionist or guard to receive your meals. *Any loss, damage, or failure to receive your meal package will not be YUMMY DIET’S liability.
Changing of the delivery address, schedule, holding/resuming of meal plan subscription and cancellations of delivery must be done 24 hours before the delivery schedule.
Upon receipt of the food, it should be refrigerated immediately. Yummy Diet will not be responsible for the spoilage of food or any other problems that may arise due to improper storage of the meal plan. Complaints on the product quality must be made within 12 hours from receipt of orders.
